Collector performance
How much each agent collected, how much book they manage and how hard they work it.
This report puts a face to the numbers: who is collecting and who is not. It crosses two things you normally see separately (what each collector took in during a period and the book they carry) so you can compare like with like: someone who collected RD$ 50,000 managing 10 loans is not performing like someone who collected the same across 40.
Use it to pay commissions, to decide who gets the new book, and to spot a collector falling behind.
Available on Gold and Premium, and an agent needs the reports:read permission. The owner always sees it.How to use it
Go to Reports → Performance. Filters From and To. Leave them empty and the current calendar month is used (from the 1st until right now).
Columns
One row per collector, sorted by total collected, highest first, plus an Owner / office row for what you collected directly:
Column | What it holds |
|---|---|
Collector | The agent, or Owner / office. |
Total | All the cash they took in during the period. |
Principal | The part of that total that amortised principal. |
Interest | The part that was your interest income. |
Arrears | The part that was a late-payment surcharge. |
Collections | How many instalments they completed (not how many visits they made). |
Loans managed | Every loan assigned to them, in any status. |
Live loans | The ones still active. |
Avg. / live loan | Total collected ÷ live loans. The intensity of collection per unit of book. |
Total = Principal + Interest + Arrears, always. It is the same split your accounting uses, so these figures tie out to the ledger.
How to read "Avg. / live loan"
This is the column that will serve you most and the one that is least self-explanatory. A collector with a big book and a low average is not squeezing their route. A collector with a small book and a high average is ready for more loans. Do not compare raw Total: compare this average.
Every collector sees their own, without this report
An agent needs no permission and no Gold plan to see their own performance: when they sign in, their dashboard shows their figures: what they collected today and this month (split into principal / interest / arrears / services), the book they manage, their projected arrears, their assigned services and their cash shift.
That is intentional and it is safe: it is their data, and there is no way to ask for someone else's. Whole-business figures still live here, in the reports, and in the cash module, protected by their permissions.
Edge cases
- A reversed collection does not count: amounts are net of reversals. Careful: the Collections column still counts the original collection, so do not divide Total ÷ Collections to get an "average per collection": use the average column that is already computed.
- A collection is recognised when the instalment is completed. A partial payment that does not close the instalment does not show up here yet.
- Maximum range: 366 days. Ask for more and you will see The date range is too wide. And if From is later than To, you will see Invalid date range.
- Careful with setting only "To": if you leave From empty, the system assumes the current month: asking for only a To in a past month yields an invalid range. Always set both dates when querying the past.
